John Lee is the Founder and Principal Physiotherapist at Infinite Health, and a highly sought-after physiotherapist known for his expertise in optimising physical performance and recovery. He earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2011 and has since pursued advanced training in areas such as athletic shoulder treatment, neck and pelvis care, sports injury assessment, dry needling, and functional movement screening. His comprehensive approach ensures rapid and lasting recovery for his patients, including professional athletes and general population requiring optimal physical health.

John's passion for physiotherapy was sparked by his personal experience recovering from a broken arm, combined with his love for sports and hands-on problem solving. He finds the most rewarding aspect of his profession to be witnessing patients return to the activities they are passionate about. 

 

At Infinite Health, John has realised his vision of creating a truly collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare facility. Unlike many centers that operate with practitioners working independently under one roof, Infinite Health emphasises genuine collaboration among experts from various fields to design and implement the best care plans for patients.

John specialises in treating knee and shoulder injuries, drawing from personal experience with knee issues due to his active participation in sports like football, tennis, strength training, CrossFit and snowboarding. He is also adept at providing comprehensive pain relief for various conditions.

On the weekends, you can find John playing football, riding motorbikes or hiking out in nature.
