Bachelor of Physiotherapy - University of Sydney.

Speaks English & basic Mandarin.

Kaiser is a dedicated physiotherapist specialising in lower back, knee, shoulder, and ankle injuries, as well as bone health and concussions. His passion for physiotherapy began after overcoming his own injuries, sparking his commitment to helping others regain mobility and confidence.

With experience as a physiotherapist for the University of Sydney Soccer and Football Club and a background in Dragonboat, Judo, and powerlifting, Kaiser understands the demands of both sport and everyday movement. He combines hands-on therapy with tailored rehabilitation to empower patients in their recovery, helping them move pain-free and perform at their best.

Do I need a referral to see a Hornsby physio?

 

No – Infinite Health is a Primary Health Practitioners (like chiropractors, GPs, and Podiatrists), meaning that you will not need a referral to start attending physiotherapy sessions with our team of physios in Hornsby.


If you’ve already had a previous appointment with another medical professional about your pain or injury, we recommend bringing essential information or relevant X-rays to assist our physios in developing your treatment plan.

What should I prepare before attending a physio session?

To ensure that you get the most out of your physio sessions with us, we recommend:

  • Bringing along relevant medical information or records that may provide more context for our physios when determining the right treatment for you.

  • Wearing loose-fitting and comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement or cause discomfort to the affected area.

  • Staying hydrated and getting sufficient rest the day before to help your body remain in optimal condition for the session.

How long will a physiotherapist session take?

The exact session duration for your physiotherapy session will depend on the nature and severity of your issue.

  • Short | 25 minutes | For simpler conditions or for the more budget conscious patients.

  • Standard | 40 minutes | For most conditions.

  • Long | 60 minutes | For complex problems or multiple injuries.

Can I get a rebate from Medicare?

To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you’ll need a referral from your GP for an Enhanced Primary Care plan. This entitles you to 5 physiotherapy sessions per year at a discounted rate, with a gap payment required.
